[FFr] Rules and Regulations


About [FFr]



The Funny Farm Rebels are about fun. We are a group of people who are playing just to have a good time. We are not trying to win something, or to be the best at something. As such we run a very relaxed setup. There are no ranks, and no hoops to jump through. However, we do have leaders. [FFr]FieldCaptainBill and [FFr]Deckoh are the clan leaders. They have final word on anything concerning the clan, but their decisions are not written in stone. [FFr]Atrocities_Inc is the clan recruiter. He's the one to butt kiss if you really want in. We generally let members voice their opinion on a matter before we make a final call, but Bill, Deckoh, and Atrocities are the ones who make the decisions. Our clan plays clean and fair. If we feel that something is not fair play, we will generally not do that. However, like all clans, we have our mavericks. Clan rules are no swearing, no spawn killing, no grenade jumping, and no bad attitudes. Any server rules also apply.

Getting In



Getting into FFr requires a few things:
-Playing on TheFunnyFarm.net server frequently.
-Good sportsmanship.
-Being a competent player.
-Being a mature person with a good attitude.
-An MSN Messenger account.
-Posting an application on the sign-ups forum.


We do look for skill, but we will take a player with an outstanding personality regardless of their playing ability. We would rather train a good person than put up with a skilled jerk. However, having good skills is a big bonus. But if you have a bad attitude you better move on. Once recruited you will be in a try-out period. The minimum time for this is one week, and could last for quite a while depending on certain situations. However, we rarely turn down a recruit for membership, so once you in the try-out period, just be patient. If you quit during this period, or ask to join a different clan, you will not get membership.

Benefits



Joining a clan should have a benefit right? While do don't offer much, membership does get you some things. First and most obvious is access to our private forums. Next is access to the FunnyFarm RogerWilco server. You will also be allowed to fight on your clanmate's team when there is a PMCM. We also have matches from time to time that are a blast to play in. And last but not least, you will be eligable to join the Funny Farm Elite, the clan made up of FF clanners that participates in tournament matches.

Once you're in...



All members are expected to play and post regularly and uphold TheFunnyFarm.net standards. This means following both clan rules and server rules. If you cannot play or post regularly please make a post in the FFr forum and tell us why. You will be marked as inactive so that you may return to normal status when you return. If you fail to make such a post you will be removed entirely and have to be re-recruited, with the stain of being a deserter on the minds of the leaders. If you have ANY questions about anything, from being able to do something in a game, to whether or not something is against the rules, ask one of the leaders or a fellow member. It is better to ask and know, than to be ignorant and in trouble.
